Philippos Kantarakis is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA, holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). He is a highly experienced professional in the field of finance, business management and hospitality sector.

He began his career as a Senior Financial Consultant at Ernst & Young from 1996 to 2002, where he gained substantial expertise in strategic financial analysis and specialized in the design and implementation of financial models.

Since 2002, he has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in telecommunications companies (LANNET COMMUNICATIONS, COSMOLINE, KB IMPULS), media organizations (ALPHA TV, REAL NEWS, REAL FM, ENIKOS), and information technology companies (PROFILE, INDIGITAL). His extensive experience in these interconnected sectors, characterized by high knowledge intensity and technological expertise, has enhanced his comprehensive understanding and established him as a prominent figure in the fields of finance and business.

Since 2018, Philippos Kantarakis became an experienced professional at hospitality sector too. He has developed Skiathea Villas, a luxurious villa complex on the idyllic island of Skiathos. This exclusive retreat comprises three meticulously designed residences, crafted to provide guests with an unparalleled sense of peace and tranquility. The architecture incorporates signature Skiathian stone elements paired with a minimalist design aesthetic, creating an ideal haven for privacy, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

He specializes in areas such as business planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, the development of internal corporate reporting systems, the design and implementation of financial models, and the presentation of strategic plans to institutional investors and boards of directors.

Alongside his professional career, he has authored and published numerous articles examining financial costing and predictive financial models, and has delivered presentations at conferences on advanced costing systems. Additionally, he created the pioneering platform Finnews.gr, which provides specialized analyses of both macroeconomic and microeconomic data for companies and sectors of the Greek economy.

Nikos Soldatos

COO

Nikos Soldatos is a highly experienced Senior Manager specializing in Project Management, Business Operations, Customer Base Management (CBM), and Process Optimization within the telecommunications and energy sectors. With a strong background in strategic planning, digital transformation, and customer lifecycle management, he has successfully led initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Currently, he serves as Telecom Services PMO & Business Operations Senior Manager at Cell Mobile (since January 2024), where he oversees project management and business operations, aligning strategic telecom projects with corporate objectives. His role involves optimizing workflows, implementing ERP/CRM systems, and ensuring the efficiency of business processes. Prior to this, he was Product & CBM Senior Manager at Volton (2019-2023), leading customer acquisition and retention strategies while managing marketing plans, budget forecasting, and technical implementations to support business targets.

From 2018 to 2019, he worked at Forthnet / Nova as CBM Retention Manager (Premium Market), where he designed and executed customer retention strategies, reducing churn and increasing ARPU through targeted segmentation and engagement campaigns. Earlier, from 2013 to 2018, he held the role of Loyalty and CBM Projects Manager, focusing on developing loyalty programs and enhancing customer rewards.

Between 2008 and 2013, he worked at Cosmoline, first as Call Center Manager, leading a team of over 70 CSRs in retention, telesales, and customer service operations, and then as Business & Quality Assurance Manager (2004-2008), ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and streamlining internal processes. Before that, he was Business & Quality Assurance Supervisor at Lannet Communications (2002-2004) and Financial Monitoring of Research Projects at Pouliadis Associates (1999-2002), where he managed financial planning and audits for multiple research initiatives.

Nikos holds an MSc in Health Management from the University of Patras (2007) and a Bachelor in Public Administration from the University of Athens (1998). His expertise spans Project Management, Business Strategy, Customer Retention & Loyalty, Process Optimization, Digital Transformation, Budget Forecasting, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
